Safeguarding the privacy of our clients and our web site visitors is our highest priority at Affinity Seminars.

We understand that your sharing of information (address, telephone, email) implies your consent to follow-up contact. Registration information for free resources is added to our email database for future contact. Email addresses may be stored for use in informational mailings. Every emailing contains instructions on how to opt-out of our list. Individually identifiable information provided by you (i.e., name, address, e-mail address etc.) will not be disclosed beyond Affinity Seminars without your consent. Affinity Seminars may share with its presenters the names and contact information of those who register for a specific seminar given by that presenter. All of our presenters agree in writing that they will not share that information with any other party. Registration for a seminar implies your consent to the use of your organization name on our web site list of organizational participants. Affinity Seminars may share aggregate statistical information about our community as a group (i.e., typical usage habits or overall demographics) with our partners in a secure and responsible manner. Affinity Seminars reserves the right to update or change these policies.

Affinity Seminars will never provide your email address or any other personal information to outside solicitors.
